The Migrant Justice Clinic has the privilege of collaborating with qualified and mobilized individuals and organizations that advocate for access to justice for persons with precarious status.

The Welcome Collective shares our activities with hundreds of families each month and provides us with important support to as we go through the process of consolidating our services. Our collaboration led to the launch of online popular education workshops that continue to be attended in large numbers.

The Léo-Cormier Foundation has been an essential partner in launching components that are core to our project

Doctors of the World is a key partner, ensuring our services reach persons with precarious status who often have little support from other organizations.

The Saint-Laurent Social Pediatrics Au cœur de l’enfance and the MJC have developed a partnership so that families with precarious status can benefit from our legal services.

To help make our holistic vision a reality, the MJC collaborates with Legal Aid Montréal│Laval, the notaries of Alepin Gauthier Avocats Inc., notary  Chantal Crevier and the law firm Ouellet Nadon et associéEs  to meet the needs of those whom we represent who are also grappling with other legal issues.

The CERDA Research Center has become an important partner in the development and dissemination of our legal information resources and activities.

La Société québécoise d’information juridique (SOQUIJ) contribue à la mission de la Clinique pour justice migrante en lui offrant l’accès au Portail SOQUIJ dans le cadre de sa politique pour la gratuité pour les cliniques juridiques et en continuité avec sa mission d’améliorer l’accessibilité, la qualité et la célérité de la justice au bénéfice des justiciables.
