OUR PARTNERS

Without the exceptional contribution of its donors, as well as funding and trust organizations, the Migrant Justice Clinic would not have seen the light of day and would not be able to carry out its projects to help migrants with precarious status.

FINANCIAL PARTNERS AND DONORS

The Board of Directors and the work team warmly thank the donors for their trust, their support and their valuable collaboration: Ms. Davida Lecompte, Judge Philippe Bélanger and Mr. Ron Lawee — as well as our financial partners:

COLLABORATING PARTNERS

The MJC has the pleasure and privilege of collaborating with highly qualified individuals and organizations who are mobilized by the issues of access to justice for migrants.

In constant collaboration with the Collectif Bienvenue , the MJC was able to start online workshops that quickly became popular: the Collective broadcasts the MJC's activities to hundreds of families every month! In addition, the Collective continues to be an important support in the context of consolidating the clinic's services.

The Léo-Cormier Foundation was an essential partner during the launch of our components 1 and 3 in particular: our collaboration made it possible to set up funding for rights education projects that benefit M

migrants.

Médecins du Monde has been a key partner since the very beginning, providing our services to people in precarious situations who often have very little contact with other organisations.

The Saint-Laurent Social Pediatrics Center Au cœur de l'enfanc e and the CJM have developed a key partnership so that families with precarious status attending the organization can benefit from our legal services.

The CJM has developed collaborations with Legal Aid Montreal/Laval , the notaries of Alepin Gauthier Avocats Inc. , the notary Chantal Crevier and Ouellet Nadon et associés in order to meet the needs of people represented by the MJC who are faced with issues relating to related areas of law, thus contributing to the realization of our holistic approach.

The CERDA Research Center has quickly become an important collaborator in the development of quality legal content and the dissemination of our legal information activities.

The Société québécoise d'information juridique (SOQUIJ) also contributes to the mission of the Migrant Justice Clinic by offering it access to the SOQUIJ Portal as part of its policy for free access for legal clinics and in line with its mission to improve the accessibility, quality and speed of justice for the benefit of litigants.
