Migrant Justice Clinic
Community organization and collective defense of rights
The CJM also aims to be an organization dedicated to the collective defense of rights:
-
Non-partisan analysis of social issues and policies affecting migrants with precarious status
-
Participation in consultation bodies
-
Representation work with political decision-makers
-
Organization and participation in social mobilization activities
Thus, the CJM participates in various consultations in the community, institutional and legal sectors in order to build a solid network of partners and allies as well as to have access to varied information and expertise from various backgrounds.

Inspired by the autonomous community action movement, we support the mobilizations of communities of migrants with precarious status by contributing to individual and collective struggles against the systems of oppression they face.

In the interests of multidisciplinarity, participation in consultation bodies is divided between the members of the work team and is not entirely devolved to the community organization.
